Founded in 1915 and issued monthly, this journal is the source of modern Chinese scientific communication, playing an important historic role in China. Together with American Science and Brithish Nature, it used to be called by Joseph Needham, a famous scientific historian, as one of Science ABC. Its main readers are intellectuals with scientific background.
